As I graduated high school, i never had an idea on what will be the life in college. When someone asked me "What course youre going to take?" I just answers with this sentence "I want to become a doctor!", they laughed and said "Do you know what are you talking about?, getting into med school is not an easy task! beside you still have to undergo a four year course before proceeding into med proper and you should have enough money and I dont think that you will going to survive on it because med students are belong, if not meret, above average typed of a student, so think twice!". I felt down on what they say, I'm not a meret student nor dull, maybe I belong to an average typed of student. But I said to my self " I'll show to them that I'll become a Doctor, Not just a Doctor but a good One!".
I've remember during my elementary days, our teacher asked us to write in a formal theme about our ambition in life. Our teacher called us one by one to read our composition. Majority of the class wanted to become a teacher for one reason, they want to teach children how to read and write. As my name was called, I read what was I wrote on my formal Theme notebook. I said to the class that my ambition in life is to become a doctor because i want to cure and save lives. One of my classmate said " I hate doctors! they injected me last day because the dog bited me and it still hurst untill now~!" the whole class laughed and he added "Doctors are existed to hurt us! so why you want to become a doctor? Are you also going to hurt children liked us?" and i answered him "Why? do you think that you were here if the doctor didn't cure you? You should be thankful because there were someone like them to save lives!". After that I always said to my self that whatever it takes i will going to fulfill my dream.
After graduation, I asked my parents that I want to enroll BSN, they said that it is impossible because the expenses in the said course is quite high and beside my parents are only a food and cigarette vendor. They said that if I want to attend college, I should take up Information Technology or a Computer course because the demand for a Computer proffesionals are high compared to nursing.
